Ever heard the phrase “looking good is good business’? Yep, it’s so true.
As vain as it sounds, good looks can open quite a number of doors for you.

Beautiful hair, glowing skin and all that good stuff comes from within. Our outside can only be as beautiful as our inside is.

Whatever goes on in the inside will sooner or later reflect on the outside, that’s why we need to ensure our inside is beautiful so we can be less concerned about “polishing” the outside to cover up. Then our beauty becomes natural and more attractive.

Our biggest organ is our skin. Our skin has 7 layers, all underneath the superficial layer. There is a better way and more healthy way to improve the quality of your skin that works in the long term and works on all the layers.

Proteinous cells make up virtually everything in our body (our hair, skin, eyes, organs, muscle etc.), all of which have a limited lifespan.
Fortunately, these cells can be recycled.

Our cells have the ability to search for and eliminate other cells that have become weak and are therefore no longer working properly. These faulty, outdated cells are then recycled to produce new, healthier cells that function more optimally. This process is known as “autophagy”.

The Newcastle University researchers found that without their aged mitochondria, cells appeared younger.

Better explained, fasting will reduce or temporarily stop physiological processes or metabolism in our body, especially in the digestive tract.

This means that:

1. The amount of food that enters the digestive tract is limited
2. The intensity of the digestive system is lowered
3. With the decrease in the intensity of the work, the presence of toxins from the body, both endotoxins (toxins from the body itself) and exotoxins (toxins from outside the body) are also decreased
4. The ingredients that must be digested are also reduced hence our bodies will not force themselves to release hormones and digestive enzymes on a large scale.
In doing this, we will relieve our digestive organs from doing extra hard work. One of the direct effects, among others, is a slowing of the aging process.

Dieting is one known method people employ to treat acne, so using fasting to improve skin health shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Fasting can help clear the skin because with the body temporarily freed from the work of digestion, it’s able to focus its regenerative energies on other systems.

Engaging in a fast for even one day helps the body clean up the toxins and regulate the functioning of other organs of the body like liver, kidneys and other parts. The technique offers radiant and glowing skin and that in itself is beauty. I mean, who doesn’t love and want radiant, glowing skin right.
